What is required on the day?
You are required to bring your UK provisional/driving licence. Your current valid CBT certificate and motorcycle theory certificate will be required.

What does the A2 entitle me to
Once completed you will be issued with a A2 motorcycle entitlement to ride a bike of 47bhp or a bike restricted to 47bhp only on your licence.
You can ride without L-plates, carry passengers and use motorways. The licence does not automatically upgrade.
Once you reach 21 years of age or 2 years from the date of passing the A2 tests you then have the option to take your A motorcycle tests, you will not be required to have a CBT certificate or retake your theory it is just an upgrade to your licence, which will allow you to ride a bike of any size with no restrictions.
